Damaged goods and late delivery

I went to Lewis furniture store on the 24-04-2013 to buy a launge suit and a coffee table, well they delivered the launge suit on the 26th and they said they will deliver the table even now i'm still waiting. i called them on the 30-04-2013 to tell me that the launge suit they gave me is damaged, it has scares, then the lady i spoke to said she will tell the stock cleck, even now i haven't heard anything from them. What i want is for them to come fetch their good and cancell the whole deal as they dont want to do business with me.

I DONT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY MUST JUST CANCEL EVERYTHING!!!
