PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT

I have been harrast for the last 4 weeks about a acount I had with Milady's in 2000 which I do not know of since it has been 13 years ago. I have sent through requests to email me through the original copy of the statement of account for Milady's which I only got back sarcastic letters demanding payment without proof?? I also sent them through a copy of the consumer act where it statedIf the last time that a consumer paid any money on the account is more than 3 years ago, and they have not admitted that they owe the money, the consumer can claim that the debt has prescribed. and I sent them through an email stating that I refuse to pay one sent since this account has been prescribed and I dont even know of this account I had 13 years ago all I get back is still sarcastic letters demanding payment. This is not on. I phoned 3 times still waiting for response back this morning when I phoned again I have been told to fax through an affidavit declaring this account has been prescribed??? Why cant they see this account has been prescribed. I am sick of the threats from MBD claiming they going to put judgement against my name this is unlawfull and should be removed immediatly.
