Harassment for prescribed account

My complaint of 16 April refers. Your company and Edgars are fully aware that the account you are referring to prescribed in 2002 and you are now simply harassing this Edgars' client. I have contacted Fikile (Collections Team Manager at Edcon), to arrange for cancellation of this outdated account and to have your organization stop your harassment.

I await your email confirmation that the account has been cancelled and taken off your books.

People, don't be fooled by so-called collection agents threatening and scaring you into paying accounts which are prescribed. Check the history of your accounts when they hound you via all the email addresses you ever owned over the passed 20 years and especially look out for this particular law firm, which I see on this website has numerous complaints against it.
