No wedding payback and bad service

We took out our wedding registry with @home.
When it came to trying to get out 10% back on the wedding list they seem to actually losing it? So has been over 6 months and apparently we are no longer on the system.
Also, the labelling within @home is shocking as the product and the price invariably dont seem to match up and you only know at the till.
Just not a great experience at all. If you have a wedding list with @home dont expect to get anything back from them.
