Otten/old/empty boxes on shelves

I went 2 game 28-04-13 to buy OLAY FACE Moisturiser, it was arnd 9:07 there was no one arnd the cosmetic shelves, guard w as walking arnd, and cald her 2 cum and help, suprisingly there just empty/rotten/old boxes there and i hv asked here why is tht, she said thts hw eastgate shop operates cause the staff is the items, wat i need to do is get tht dirty box and go to the cashier and pay and the cashier wil get me my item, i did tht my trnsc happend arnd 9:13 and wen i asked (Martha) the cashier to get me my item she answered tht thts not part of her job descrption if i woul'd excuse he i did tht and she cald her supervisor and explained my situation, i did not get the supervisor's name cause she was nt friendly n she did nt even talk to me, in tht case she did nt introduce her self, and she just said wel ur customer wil have to wait for the cosmetic consuktant (Pauline) as she is running late, suprisingly the shop opend at 9:00 waited there til arnd 9:27 Paukine came and Martha explaind the situation again, she then took the dirty box and came back with the item inside the same rotten/old/ unsealed box and said to Martha here is ur customer's item, i really sense anger with no te
