My mother has a cottage on our property and wanted to have ADT install an alarm. She paid a deposit, but ADT never came to do the installation and never let her know. In response to such terrible service my mum cancelled the agreement and asked for her deposit back. This was December 2012 and it is now April 2013. The call centre at ADT is useless. Can never get through to anyone. I spoke to Louise the senior service contact person and she said she'd phone back in 5 minutes, but never did. Annette in accounts promised the refund to be done, but it still hasn't been done. The service at ADT is disgustings. A couple of years ago they used to be brilliant, now the company service is terrible. How can a company treat a pensioner in such an manner? Companies are so quick to take one's money, but when it comes to refunding, take forever.
