Trying to claim money from a deceased person

Good day, on the 15th Feb I advised ADT that my father had passed away in October, and that my mother no longer stayed on the property. I asked them to cancel the account and the contract. I have just received a bill for R526. Needless to say the account has not been cancelled. Please attend to this as a matter of urgency.
