Management hide away from problems

Why does ADT not have their management contact details available? Are they hiding away? YES the are!
Call centre plays irritating bumpf over and over while you wait for ages to get an answer. Most irritating sales pitch on earth... Since ADT changing my radio at their request in dec 12... nothing but problems... Tech promised to call this week but still waiting. Apparently I need to upgrade as the radio installed at their request needs other hardware changes to work properly... Who did this in the first place?. We are investigating legal avenues available to ensure maximum exposure and possible civil action. If ADT are too big or no longer able to manage their business professionally, they should stand up to the plate and they get out! I have been a client for 20 years plus from Total highway days but enough is enough...
Whoever the CEO / MD and the management team are... Put your details on the website like any responsible organization and stand up like MEN! not wimps hiding away as you do and let your irritating call centre deal with your CUSTOMERS...
