Paid for no services received

Hereby I Martonel Deysel wanted to cancel service with Chubb security on grounds of the following reasons.

1. I signed a contract with Mr Leon Naude, in January 2013 as where I was told that there will be a reaction officer visiting my site, which never happened.

2. a Technician was also sended out to my property to check the alarm system and to activate (not activated) it with the control room.

During this past 2 and a half months my system went off twice where there was no reaction not telephonic or a guard visiting my site.

I phoned Chubb on the 19th March 2013 and talked to Mrs Marie Le Roux. She confirmed that Chubb never received any signal from this system. With my knowledge of Electronics I personally knows, for a system to be activated the technician should have sended through a signal to the control room. Which never happened, this means my system was never activated.

I lost my confidence in your company and would like to cancel this contract because of neglect from your companies side and because of service I was promised and which I never received.

Cancellation dept phoned with Promises afterwards none kept to date. Even paid for no services rx.
