Good Day, i recently had a telephone call with call centre agent (Mpho).

My questions were all answered in a way designed to encourage me to accept the 36 month contrat (special) which Netstart is currently running. However, on review of the written Terms and Conditions, i can see nothing to support the telphonic answers i was given. My email and telphone call for confirmation have both been unanswered... almost as if i am avoided?

My questions to the agent (MPHO):

1. After 36 month contract period... does hardware onwership revert to me?
- mpho, telephone answer: YES
- nothing specified in terms and conditions (in fact .. there is only a RENT or BUY option)
-> NOTE: THIS reminds me of the which i almost experienced with ADT contract a few years back. Fortunately i edited the document i signed)

2. Can i transfer contact if vehicle is sold?
- mpho, telephone answer: YES
- nothing specified in terms and conditions...?

SO..my question now... is this DELIBERATE marketing tactic designed to mislead and draw people into a 36 month contact? Or are the telephonic answers correct... and call centre just not efficient in respond to follow-ups queries?
