Faulty alarm, lack of service, empty promises ect

I have signed a contract with Chubb, Digipol came on the 18th December 2012 to do the link up with the alarm, I had to pay R2745 immediatly & R342 was debited on the 8th of January for the first month, how ever I have been begging emailing threatning screaming ect for someone to come & sort out my system as it has been faulty for the past few weeks. Everyday I get promised that a technician will come & sort it out but nothing happens, at this stage the alarm is worthless, as the minute I activate the alarm, it throughs out a panic at the control room, & they need to make a call to me & then need to send a car out to respond to an faulty alarm, where there could be a real emergancy elsewhere, or I might eventualy have a real emergancy myself and then it might get ignored due to the lack of service from Chubb/Didgipol. I do not know what else to do.

Herewith a list of names that I have spoken, email, left messages and smsed.
Patience, Renata, Morne, Joseph, Thumi, Patric, Ravi, Desmond Watton and verious people at the control room.
Should I sue the company for emotional stress ect. for every time I leave my house with an alrm not working, & they should also re-emburst me for Jan
