In August 2012 I bought a house and unfortunately the people where with ADT. So I took over their contract which was to expire on the 24th March 2013. The guy that came to see me to do the change over asked why I wouldn't sign a new lease to which I responded that I do not like ADT and only doing the change over because I had too. We signed all the documents and he said he would return with a copy of the contract for me, to which I AM STILL waiting for!!! I asked for a business card and "he never had". ADT refuse to give me a copy of the "contract" and no one wants to help me. I thought they meant to be one of the best but clearly they are NOT. Polediso Botha in accounts wants to send out emails but DOESN'T return calls OR respond to emails you send her!! WHAT are you hiding???
