Good day

I wish to start off my saying how disappointed I am in the recent service
given to me by yourselves.

The first time error where my installation was not completed due to the
installers arriving 4odd hours after they were promised was tolerated and
"swallowed"

The error Shaun made in taking the incorrect measurements causing the main
gate for our secure zone not being installed is an honest mistake and could
happen to anyone.

Disappointment and slight annoyance when a date of the up and coming
Saturday was not kept because the factory was too busy to correct an error
YOU made.

I have been extremely tolerable up until I am told that the factory still
has not completed my gate for what reason I don't know and the now rebooked
date, the second time I might add has been postponed, pushed my tolerance
levels to zero

You now have a dissatisfied customer on hand and for Shaun not contacting me
even when I email him isn't acceptable and to apologize for the error.

Maxidor, what are you going to do to restore my faith in you?

When I decide to complete the addition of security products to my home, do I
consider you again?

You have my money now come to the party please.
