Stramforce do they really exists?

Hi, am with STRAM Force, but also had no radio link for month's before it was repaired.
Then no service, no calls when alarms go off .. nothing, I TRIED PHONING them for weeks now, NOTHING, they don't even answer phones, but THEY DEDUCT MONEY MONTHLY and they send invoices monthly.

I believe they are a, taking money from people who think they have armed response but don't have anything,
