I sold a vehicle I owned in 2011, I requested for tracker to have the account closed both by telephonically and by fax.
Not at any stage had I received confirmation that the account had been closed. Unfortunately I no longer have possession of these fax docs as I changed jobs. In the interim tracker continued to bill me even after I requested termination of there service. To avoid further issues I conceded and payed all money they claimed I owe them.
I recently applied for a mortgage loan only to find that tracker had listed me adversely on itc and I'm not able to proceed with my home loan application. Due to tracker s massive incompetence I'm not able to proceed with my home loan. I would like to highlight how trackers blatant and utter incompetence affects people's lives far beyond there 'normal' run of business. Is there anyway I can get the negative listing removed with immediate effect or some of sort of acknowledgment of error by tracker I can present to banks and or other institutions?
