Pathetic

Hi, i would like to put in a Complaint against Nigel Booysens, he was due to come out to my premises on the 09/01/2013 at 4pm. I spoke to him at 1 pm that day to confirm the appointment for 4pm, irushed home from work thinking that i was late, to my surprise he was not there, until 5 pm, he still had not arrived or called to say his running late, pathetic service, receive a call at 5:40pm, asking if im at home, the nerve of him, no apology or anything, just wanted to know if im home and what time i will be back. When asked for his mamagers number he gave me attitude and said his busy now and when i said i will call the call centre for the number, he said go ahead and he put the phone down, i have work that needs to be carried out but do not want to deal with him at all, i would like a call from his manager please.
