On Wednesday the 17th of July I got home from work I discovered that I had a water leak We had no idea where the leak could be, we decided that instead of digging up the whole driveway we would call detect a leak, I googled it and got the number I phoned at about 6:30 pm and explained my problem and was informed that the night staff did not do detection's, the office would phone me at about 8:00 am. I got the call at 8:00 am and was told that they would send someone asap. they finally arrived at my premises at 4:30 I was on my way home from work when I got the call to say that I had to deposit R1932.00 rand by EFT before they would start, I got home at about 5:30 and was told that they would only do the work the next day as it was to late now. When asked where the leak was he said one of 2 places he was nor sure. I phoned back I was informed that the R1932.00 was only for the leak detection not the whole job, it was a very big job and would cost me another R4500.00 to repair. I told them not to come back as I thought that was a ridiculous price. My husband repaired the leak on Saturday it cost us R65.00. How do they come to R4500.00 I will never use them again.
