Service stopped and they carry on billing

We have closed our offices in Stellenbosch in June 2012 and informed ADT in writing that we have done so and that we would not use their security services anymore. After the initial request we have now 3 times asked them to stop the service in writing AND to stop their debit order. Although we have stopped the debit order at the bank, they carried on deducting the debit order.

This is unacceptable and requested a refund. None has been forthcoming.
