Security Nightmare

Louis Grobler a "security practitioner" trades as LPSG RISK. Unqualified! I was quoted R4250-00 to install a new security system, but as soon as his installer started working everything broke, and had to be fixed or replaced. The previous security system was blamed for everything that went wrong. The installer is grossly incompetent - he put a passive in upside down! Loose wires everywhere and very sloppy workmanship. A final invoice was given to me of about R3500-00 bringing the total to just under R13, 000-00. I was only aware of R8500-00 of the costs because the "additionals" were never discussed with me. After going through the invoice various mistakes and double charges were picked up. Louis then re-invoiced me, dropping the cost to R1725-00 from R3500-00. The work is still not complete yet he insists that the final invoice of R1725 needs to be paid because his mandate is complete. He has a PSIRA registration number listed on his invoice, and after speaking to PSIRA I was told that he is registered as an E grade, the lowest qualification for a static guard.
