Sorting out an account is a nightmare

I have been trying for 5 months now to get my account and statement emailed to me to no avail. We don't use a post box anymore. There is an amount in arrears which I won't pay until I see what it's for. Numerous promises have been made to email them to me and to change my details on the system, still waiting. I have waited for 10 minutes today for someone to answer the call. I have always supported ADT and been with them for years! Poor service ADT, I am so disappointed.
