STILL WAITING FOR EMAIL FEEDBACK

After I posted on Hello peter 2 weeks ago - someone from phoned me (did not resolve my issue). We CANCELLED our contract a month ago (written email) - NO CONFIRMATION from ADT that they received this... I am still waiting for my CORRECT invoices (which I've paid in the meantime) - NO RESPONSE! I am still waiting for my BUFFER REPORT after our break-in in Jan... NO RESPONSE! BAD SERVICE is key at ADT.
Sad when a company gets too big for its clients...
