After sales service PATHETIC!!!

Good day,

i recently requested for an alarm to be installed including multiple pet friendly sensors. the person who came to do the quote saw the size of my dogs and i advised of their weight. the installation guys also saw my dogs and were also advised on the weight and advised the unit provided will be fine. this is not true, the unit is useless.

the sensors do not work with my dogs!! i called ATD 9 times!!! every time i speak to someone they cut the call i asked to speak to the MD and mangers, to date no one called. i put a complaint on the website, it took 2 weeks to get a call. they STILL have not sorted out the problem. the false installation renders the alarm useless!!! i will not pay for this service!!! should it not be resolved with 72 working hours, i will manually remove the alarm and place it on the side walk for ADT collection as well as invoice ADT for Labor and expenses occurred by myself.

i will ONLY accept a call from a director. TAKE NOTE! THIS IS NOT A REQUEST, IT IS AN INSTRUCTION!!!

ADT should be ashamed by the level of service provided.
