Poor response time

Last night we thought we heard movements in the house. We pressed the panic button at 03.02. At 30.05 someone called me from ADT and I asked them to send a response team immeditraely.By 03.20 no one had turn up. I then called my neighbour who called the police on my behalf. The police (four of them) were there in 5 minutes (03.25). One ADT guy came at 03.40!! --35 minutes later! No apology nothing. I tried calling thsi morning to put through my complaint and have been on the line for 15 minutes, transferred from one person to the other.
