Pep store worker has stolen a pack parcel that was supposed to be delivered to me

Someone from ventersdop sent my parcel to pep store so that it can be delivered to me. I waited for days waiting for the message to collect the parcel. She went to find out what was happening about the parcel, only to find out the parcel which was iphone6 was stolen by one of the cashiers and from that day she stole it she quit her job. We have been waiting to hear from the manager as he said the lady will have to pay the money of the iPhone as she sold it when they found her with the police. Pep is delivering poor services I need help asap
