Cansellation of Contract due to incompetant staff

I have been trying to cancel my contracts with Netstar since December 2013. Non of my vehicle could be traced and they kept on putting the blame on the fitment centre. I have made numerous phone calls yet my contract is still active. I am still awaiting a call to inform me of the location of one of my vehicles (As you recall Shamila this is what you promised in our telephonic conversation). I don't have time to be on hold for 30 minutes to your call centre, the service is absolutely PATHETIC!!! I have been supporting your brand since 2005, what a nice way to say Thank You for your support MR Customer.
