Poor service

I have just had the worst experience with this call center lady by the name of analene. firstly i had tried numerous times calling the durban branch and people are either too slow to answer the phones or just not in... one minute the guy is in i am talking to him then the next the call cuts i call back and guess what his not in the office! the lady at the desk transfers me to some technical support department were the lady on the phone by the name of analene is busy laughing at me and what i had to say about me having to call over and over and how the technical guy is never available! wow i can just imagine when our vehicles are being what the responses will be like hahahahaha your vehicle is so what?? gosh this is the worst service ever from any company ive ever delt with! pathetic! immature people working at a tracking call center were peoples lives could be in danger! people should realy think is this company worth paying for this kinda service!
