'Trustfire' - Company dishonours their own name!

I don't know about everyone else but when a company dishonours their own name right from the very start I would not deal with them nor let them anywhere near my company!

I received a call from Raymond from 'Trustfire & Security Systems' (011492 2231) who claimed they had serviced our fire extinguishers last year and they want to do them again.

When I queried how many and to please forward me the original agreement he could provide neither. When I called back to confront them on this the stories grew. Not only did he not remember what company he had dialled less than 10 minutes prior but he couldn't remember the company's number and made up some other arb name.

Truly shocking!! Based on this first point of contact I would advise others to be weary of dealing with these people.
