Was warned against bad service, I did not listen!

I received my confirmation letter from Netstar on the 2nd of December 2013. Two MONTHS later, and several hours wasted on phone calls, I STILL do not have a valid account, and I STILL cannot track my vehicle on their system. It took four phone calls just to get my details correct on the system, as the previous owners details always came up.

We are now several calls into my trying to just TEST my system after two months, and this is still not working.

You have taken two months worth of premium for me, and I have not received the services I paid for!

I spoke to a supervisor, Deeran today, and after ANOTHER empty promise of service deliver and that they would phone me back in 20 minutes, NOTHING.

If this issue is not resolved by Wednesday afternoon close of business, I am taking my money elsewhere.
