Over billed

Please can someone help me with this account, i have cancelled with Netstar already (this month) because of all the problems with the accounts i have had with them, it's rather unfair and frustrating. it started when i got a phone call about a Road-cure and Fine-cure cover, when agreeing to take the plan the lady said if i wanted to cancel it i could and it would be immediate. so i did on 19/11/2013 however they still debted my account with this plan in December and January (this month) so thats an extra R190 that i never budgeted for that Netstar has just taken from me :( when i called for it to be fixed the lady didn't even want to help me or take my message from customer service. Please, Please, PLEASE can someone help me sort this out and refund me my money.
