ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC - DO NOT GO WITH ADT

I am absolutely DISGUSTED at the complete lack of "service" from ADT. I cancelled my subscription as they failed to come out to install my alarm on 2 occasions. How on earth then will they respond in an emergency?? I couldn't have made a better decision than to cancel my susbcription.

I have tried since 27 November 2013 to get my refund but get no response. I have spoken to Donovan Stoffberg, his supervisor Clint. Ruth Hatting (credit controller) apparently does not respond to the numerous emails she has received and the call centre are clueless. DO NOT GO WITH ADT. The WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. I'm sure they won't respond to this either.
