Bad service... Still waiting for my refund

I made a manual payment to car track in December because we got paid early only for them to go and debit my account again on the 23rd. I phoned on the 27Th Dec and spoke to Agrinath who promised to process the refund for me but never did. I then phoned again last Thursday and spoke to Stanley who promised me that I would receive my money by Tuesday 14th Jan. Its now Thursday and I'm still waiting. No one answers their phones when I call and I'm getting annoyed now. WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY.
