Disgusting service

I have been trying to move my unit since beginning of Dec 2012. i have spent hours speaking from different consultants to tons of team leaders and yet they all say 'i will sort it out and then it starts all over again the next day. i informed them about removing my tracker at more than 6 weeks ago and til date no one has taken responsibility for sorting this out. absolutely pathetic!! i have complained so many times and now im just tired that im sure this will be a wasted effort... i will never use this company again and hope every other person wishing to install a tracking unit knows what they are getting themselves into when using this company. it is a terrible company to trust your life with...
