They are quick to install a security system but no back up. My families safety relies on them but as soon as my alarm goes off they send a sms and if I do not respond I do not hear from them or see them. What if I have a knife or gun pointed at me?? How am I supposed to phone them? When I actually phoned them when my alarm melfunctioned again, I got a bad attidude and the phone slammed down in my ear twice. Since I had a crisis earlier in December with my roof caving in due to heavy rain, I still have had no joy or any assitance with getting my system up and running properly. What am I left with???
