I am appalled. I have been trying to get someone at ADT to simply transfer our existing ADT alarm onto my name, and I keep getting the runaround. I have spent hours and hours on the line with them. I get promised it will be sorted out and nothing! I would advise anyone looking for a security company to run far and wide... In an emergency they will no doubt make excuses for why they did not show up...
