Told I am not on Data Base

This evening, just before 20h00, I had reason to phone Blue Security with a technical issue and was advised that a technical person would call me back. I gave them my address and telephone number. Within about 10 minutes I received a call back from Blue Security and was informed by the call centre person (name withheld) that I do not appear on their data base. I could not believe what I was hearing and provided my name (which I spelt out), my phone number and address a couple more times and still I was told that we were not on the data base. When asked what suburb I was in I was told that she had found our details. I then asked what would have happened if there was an emergency and she was unable to answer me. I have been a customer of this company for -4 years at my residence and they have been out many times to attend to technical issues some of which continue to create problems. I also use this company at my business premises and have done so for about 2 years. The technician phoned us back and talked us through what the problem might be. What concerned me most was the fact that we could not be found even though over the last 4 years we have been visited many, many times.
