Radio licence refund

I still have a problem regarding ADT's service. After headaches and emails ADT finally came and removed their system from my house but still didn't refund my licence fee. There were emails between Vusi and I regarding this matter and he promised on email that I will be refunded. It's been over 3 months now and I haven't received anything from them not even a response. I sent an email on January the 11th to them and still they haven't responsed.

Their service leaves alot to be desired and I'm thinking of getting legal actions against them. If we as (ex) customers default on ONE payment they come after us like hound dogs but they fail to reimburse us on the money they owe us.

My brother was looking for an alarm system and I strongly advised him not to go with ADT because of such nonsense. I'm seriously not impressed about ADT and regret the day I did business with them.
