Complete incmpetence

The alarm at my house has been going off 20x a day for 3 weeks. This has also been happening after switching it OFF!!! I have phoned 30x to have it fixed and every time they mark it as "urgent" and refer it to their superviser. They did not pitch at all on the 17th and have now rescheduled for the 27th-10 days later!!! Whatever you do in your life do not use this company. My alarm (same company) cost me R56 000 and this is the service I am getting!
