Altech Netstar kindly refund my money by the close of today, i do not know why you have done anything regarding your customer service. Bongani phoned last week i schedule an arrangement that i will settle the account instalment and he even promised to remove a debit order since i cancelled my policy with you. I was shocked when you debited the R 1800 when i even send the proof of payment. Kindly refund me TODAY, your staff seriously need to change the way they handle queries. THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING
