Unauthorised debitorders and accounts not sorted

There accounts are a shambles. Several times we sorted out the account and agree that the amount of R340 should be scrapped. For more than a year I still get threats that they will stop any service to me and then take unauthorised debit orders from my account. A few years ago they installed beams around my house and I paid them with 3 postdated cheques. The third cheque was still to be deposited and they put the amount through by debit order with a last cheque still with them.
There accounts dept is really in a shambles.
