I just thought I'd compliment ADT on their great service I've received since switching over from my previous security company.

The response time of the guards are generally very quick 9 times out of 10. Only a handful of times were they a bit slow. But very friendly re-assuring chaps nonetheless. Maybe just work on 100% attention to reaction times within 5min in our area as crime has increased 10fold in the last year. Other than that I cannot find fault.

Also the call centre staff are very friendly and courteous, makes it a pleasure dealing with you guys. When I had constant false alarms due to a rat in the ceiling, the call centre called each time making sure all was ok without getting irritated and it was the same lady each time. She then proceeded to strike up a conversation and give me tips on things I can do myself to sort out the problem. I really do appreciate this kind of service.
