Paying for no service

To this day i remain an unhappy customer, why? Because in the past two solid years i have been paying for the service that i'm not getting- slavery is best term to describe this.
You compnay has the audacity to claim that they have solved the problem, where as they continue to pocket my money for service not rendered. I demand that this contract be cancelled as of yesterday as per the consumer protection act.
