Extreme unhappy with service from adt
Extreme unprofesional staff no comunicational skills.
After alarm ativation and 3 panic buttons, armed response took an hour to pitch up at my house.
No one even called me apon activation.
This is unexceptable, I did explain the situation to John labuschangne (Manager on duty) he still since last nite have not given me any feedback at all

ADT service was a joke yesturday!!!

Please can someone that can give me some answers call me URGENT!!!
