I installed this Neo nTrack device on a motor bike that was later sold. Keep on paying for the service for the full 3yrs and now that I want to cancel/stop the contract the following happened.
At first I had to pay R755.04 made up as follows 2 monthly payments for the remaining 36 months contract R355.68 and an oustanding balance of R399.36. Which off cause I queried. Why wasnt I informed about the oustanding balance its going of monthly by debit order. Then the reply was that Nov 2012 payment never went off she send me copies and on that I indicated that it is reflected between July 2012 and Uag 2012.Then she turn around and said as you can see July 2012 payment never went off. Today she again send me a statement for 2 months that May 2011 and Sept 2011 only R156.00 was deducted from my bank and not R174.84.Surely the cosumer must be protected against this type of things they cannot just jump from one thing to another. Im not responsible for their bad bookkeeping system. My suggestion was today that their books been externally audited. because Im fedup with this
