At 17h45 on 05/11/2013 your representative, emmanuel, was knocking on my gate using a coin to attract attention.By the time I got there he had managed to chip the paint on the gate which was only painted a month ago. Who gives the instructions for your sales people to act this way. emmanuel thought the whole thing quite ammussing and carried on to the next house. CHUBB will be the last company I ever use for protection of my property as you managed to damage some of it just to get my attention. GOOD INTRODUCTION TO CHUBB.
