Not getting back to me

As expected from Tracker, nobody got back to me after I left a message this morning. I spoke to a very nice lady, but she couldn't help me and had to refer me, but couldn't because nobody answered the phones!!

My car was written off early in January and I needed to inform you about it; I also need to get a new unit installed in a new car, but apparently you are not interested in my business???
