QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

A while ago we had CCTv cameras installed on our property and thought ADT to be a reputable company. The installation was paid for HARD CASH. Nobody explained any settings to us. For weeks now, empty promised have been made by their staff that so-and-so will be given a message or "... we will call you back." We are now on the VERGE of claiming our money back. One technician even decided to cancel his call on us "... Because it is a long weekend and I also want to go away." - this happened on a Friday when he decided not to show up. I wish to recommend that you think TWICE before making use of ADT services as they don't know the meaning of the phrase "we shall keep our word and attend to our appointments.". I am of the opinion their staff don't know what customer services is all about. In our case they were VERY EAGER to take the cash and after many empty promises - STILL Nobody has attended to our plea (s) for assistance with THEIR product!!! Can someone please make it their business to get back to us??? LETS WAIT AND SEE...
