Called the technical department of ADT security to tell them that my key pad was faulty and that I would like to change the # I was using to arm the system as the # I was using was not depressing.
The person I spoke to in the technical department told me that a technitian would have to come at at a call out fee of R228.00
The technitian arrived and told me that I could use my 4# disarming code to arm the system and that the 3 I was arming the system with was only a short cut.
WHY COULDN'T I BE TOLD THIS BY THE TECHNITIAN I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE?
