Eported car sold 3 month ago!!

I have sold my car with tracker in and the same day I called and emailed tracker and the new owner of car wikk take contract over, new owner and I tried in total 19 emails and hunders of rand calls and all there emails said in 3 days time... We have all the emails, so the new owners, and they bill me after 3 monthss, me and new owner forwarded via mail the new owner I'd, bank details everyt over and over nobody called back or help but still bill me, also sold other car and needed tracker to take out in install in permanent car and will pay, 7 emails in the last week!! No respond but a bill!! Who can help!!! What happens if car get stollen? I have all email to prove.
