ADT Terrible Service

I work in a store in canal walk, and the service from ADT has been terrible. We have phoned the company to set up our alarm after changing owners recently, (about 3 months ago) and our alarm still does not trigger in their head office when set off in the store. One of our staff members also constantly recently got promoted and has asked continuously for her number to be removed from the list of numbers that get informed about the closing and opening of the stores, which has still not been done either. The service is highly incompetent, especially from a company about security.
