ADT Increases Premium, Terrible Service Recived

I'm very disappointed at the service I received from you guys over the last three years, I have complained in the past about there not being a patrol vehicle in my area nor of any signs of drive-by's checking up on the area or presence, yet you continue to increase the monthly premium

The last instance when I complained, it was actioned for about two weeks then fell on to deaf ears and it eventually went back to normal, being a customer and worrying about my family's safety should be your job, as I'm paying you on a monthly bases for your support and protection

Increases:
The amount of increases that has been done over the last few years is unacceptable considering the service I have been receiving from ADT, I have spoken to other security response companies who have quoted me much lower premiums,
Reaction Unit R228 better service and response, also vehicle sightings are much more frequent

Community:
Furthermore I will like to add that I will be forwarding this to all my areas neighbors as I've also spoken to them and they agree that ADT has not been sited nor their response been great
